Cost depends on guest numbers (we staff 1 mixologist per 30 guests), whether you choose an all-inclusive bar or dry hire, and service length (most events run 2–4 hours). Bespoke quotes cover everything from intimate gatherings to corporate galas of up to 3,000+ guests.

Absolutely. Bars can be fully customised with branding, décor, lighting, and menu options to complement your event's style, whether it's a wedding, corporate function, or private party.

We offer a range of signature cocktail menus, but you can also create your own bespoke menu featuring your favourite drinks or themed cocktails unique to your event.

It's best to book at least 4–8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during busy seasons such as summer and Christmas. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability.

Yes. Glassware, ice, mixers, garnishes, and all bar equipment are included as standard, with no hidden extras to source yourself.

We offer both options. You can choose a fully stocked bar with all alcohol provided or a dry hire package where you supply your drinks while we handle everything else.

The Cocktail Lab caters for events of any size, from 20-guest garden parties to corporate galas of up to 3,000+ guests. For large events we've scaled to 15 mixologists across 6 bar stations, staffing at roughly 1 mixologist per 30 guests.
