Pricing depends on guest count, service length, spirits tier and travel. We work in tiered packages and send a tailored quote within one working day of your enquiry.

How far in advance should I book a mobile cocktail bar?

Four to eight weeks is comfortable for most dates. For Friday and Saturday evenings between May and September, six months out is safer.

Do you cover venues outside central London?

Yes. We cover Greater London as standard, plus the Home Counties and exhibition venues including ExCeL and NEC Birmingham. We also travel beyond London for events that need us.

What is included in a mobile cocktail bar hire package?

The bar unit, mixologists, premium spirits, mixers, fresh ingredients, glassware, set-up and breakdown. One booking, one supplier.

Can you run a dry event or mocktails-only bar?

Yes. The full menu can be built as alcohol-free with the same garnishes, glassware and service standard.

How much space and power does the bar need?

Roughly a 2m × 1m footprint for the bar, plus room for the team to work behind it, and one standard 13A socket within about 10m. We need ground-floor load-in or a working lift for upper floors. We confirm every point with you on the call before booking.

How many mixologists do you bring, and how long is the service?

We scale to roughly one mixologist per 30 guests and cover events from 20 to 3,000+ guests. A typical service window is two to four hours; longer running times are quoted on request.

Can we customise the cocktail menu?

Yes. Every package is the full setup — only the menu, the spirits tier and the team size change. The house pour is selected around the cocktails you choose, and the menu can be tailored to your event before the day.
