Which cocktail bar should I choose?

It is entirely down to the look you want — every bar works for any occasion, so most clients choose on style and how it suits their venue and theme. Tell us your event and we are happy to talk it through.

How many guests can you serve?

As many as you need. We scale the number of bars and mixologists to your guest count, so a 30-guest party and a 1,000-guest event are both no problem.

Do the bars fit through narrow doors and into tight venues?

Yes. Every bar is foldable and built for venue access, so it manoeuvres through standard doorways and into compact spaces. A couple of feature bars need extra logistics, which we flag on their page and confirm before booking.

What is included when I hire one of your bars?

The full setup — the bar unit, our mixologists, premium spirits, mixers, fresh ingredients, glassware, and set-up and breakdown. One booking, one supplier, whichever bar you pick.

Is the Barcycle bar more expensive to hire?

The Barcycle and the 2m Rustic LED bar carry a small additional fee because they need extra logistics and an extra person to set up. The exact figure is shown on each bar's page and included in your quote.
