Wedding bars
A wedding has more moving parts than any other booking we take, so our wedding bar is built around your running order, not a fixed shift. We arrive during the ceremony, serve a signature cocktail or two as guests come through for the reception, hold service through the wedding breakfast and speeches, then keep the bar going until the last dance. We work alongside your planner, venue coordinator and other suppliers, and we have served barn, marquee, garden and hotel weddings across London, Kent, Surrey, Essex, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire since 2017. Staffing is roughly one mixologist per 30 guests, with a 4–8 week lead time (8–12 in peak May to September).

The wedding menu
Most couples choose a his-and-hers pair of signature cocktails, often tied to how you met, a favourite spirit or your colour palette, printed on a menu card at the bar. Around that we build a short, balanced list: something sparkling for the reception, a crowd-pleasing classic, a long refreshing serve for a summer marquee and a full mocktail option in matching glassware. We can colour-match drinks to the scheme and add a final-hour serve for the dancefloor. Tastings are available so you sign off every drink before the day.
