Digitas, a prestigious marketing agency, was organising a Winter Party and needed a high-end cocktail bar experience to impress their guests. The brief required full bar service — including cocktails, spirits, wine, prosecco, and beer — as well as a visually engaging setup with elements like dry ice and molecular cocktails to add a wow factor.
Our Solution
We supplied a complete bar setup with 4 expert mixologists, 1 barback, and 3 mobile bars to ensure fast and efficient service throughout the night. The menu featured a selection of innovative molecular cocktails — including the Nitropolitan, L’amaro, Lemon Drop, and Dark and Smoky — each designed to spark curiosity and conversation. We also served a full range of spirits, beer, wine, and prosecco.
